Our fun, creative and multi-layered programme develops physical & communication skills – a critical factor in positive life outcomes.

Since 2004 we have been inspiring young children to explore the joy of movement & creativity.

Mindfulness & breath awareness are introduced with playful games and activities, giving children strategies for their future mental wellbeing.

All sessions are aligned to the national curriculums.

Kindness, consideration & respect are at the heart of the sessions.

Physical confidence, communication & concentration grow, strength, balance & coordination skills are mastered.

Self-regulation is developed and during the yoga-inspired session children precious time to relax.
